I'm a new pool owner. I hired UniServ because I wanted to learn from the people servicing my pool. I got an internet special and I didn't intend to be a permanent customer of them.

UniServ sent good people here. There was a change of personnel during the two month commitment but they were both competent. They showed up every time and performed the required work. I was only unhappy because during the last week or so I received a bill which I shouldn't have received. This rubbed me the wrong way.
