Professional staff but disappointed in pool cleaning
The office staff is very professional. Everyone responded to my calls promptly and explained everything well.
I was hoping that the weekly cleanings would do more than vacuum the debris in the pool. We can do that. I was hoping they would also scrub the dirt off the surface of the pool.
