We had been dealing with a consultant that was based in London and wanted to work with an organization closer to us. We knew that Kono Consulting had experience with a sister organization and they were happy with the service from Kono Consulting. I had also been to one of their events and had a good experience.

Their team is very bright and knowledgeable and they do things in an orderly fashion. They also leave a good trail which is important to us. We have had some bumps in the road but we are happy with the service we have received and would recommend them to others. In fact, we just re-signed our contract.
