We decided to use Grigsbys Carpet Tile & Rug because they have a strong reputation in the Tulsa community and good quality merchandise. We felt that we could trust them and that we were going to get what we paid for. That trust allowed us to focus on which carpets we wanted and not worry about other potential problems.

Grigsby's has virtually done the entire house for us. Last year, they did the living and dining room as well as the hallway and master bedroom, which was more than we originally planned. Most recently, we had them take out the wood flooring in the study and carpet it. Everything has turned out beautifully.

I would recommend Charlotte, who handled our selection of carpet and the purchase. She also worked with us when issues arose during the installation and made it a good experience.

We still have 2 other bedrooms that we have not yet done. I would definitely use Grigsby's again -- and specifically, Charlotte -- to work with us on those rooms.
