There are several reasons we don't use ICS anymore, perhaps the principal is swapping out cheaper, lower quality parts for parts which they said were available as replacement parts but which turned out NOT to be available and NOT informing me of that fact but going ahead and installing low quality parts AND not adjusting the cost downward to reflect the drop in quality.
