Tom Madsen is very cooperative and he is always available for discussion. At one point, something came up that was not clear, and he came to the property and met with me. He is very customer friendly and wants to make sure that the customer is satisfied. I have used them on two different occasions for construction work or evaluations over the past five years. The construction job was most recent, and they put in a new roof, new siding and new windows. I looked around and compared, and I thought their prices were not the cheapest. However, I have talked with other people about them and given the reputation and quality of work delivered, there was no question about selecting Tom as the contractor.
