Thorough and workmanship was to high standards
Most important to me was that Tom Madsen connected with me all the way when I had my kitchen done, and I never felt they went to the land of lost contractors. When I called, I always got a response within a very short time and felt they respected privacy. The construction was well done and it was structurally sound. They did a lot and the price was not cheap but fair.
They were careful cleaning up their construction debris, and I was very impressed with that. I was also impressed that he had a cleaning service come and clean after doing the drywall. Because I live in a condo, construction and getting rid of construction debris could be a problem because the association doesn't t like you throwing cardboard and big boxes away. It was never a problem.
