I have been living in my house for the last 35 years and I wish that had known about Tom Madsen LLC when I first moved in. It would have saved me a lot of problems considering some of the contractors I have dealt with over the years. A big tree recently fell over and demolished my garage. I asked Tom Madsen LLC to take care of it for me and I simply can not say enough good things about the job they did. I was having some tremendous issues with my insurance company and Tom, the owner, stepped in and started working with them for me. They ended up rebuilding my garage from the ground up and it is fantastic! I have been showing it off to all my neighbors. Tom is a great guy. He was here everyday making sure the work went the way it should, and he was always available by text or by phone if I had any questions. His employees and his subcontractors were all long term people and that speaks volumes about the quality of the company. I do not think any other person would have gone to the lengths that Tom did to make sure that I was taken care of. They worked through the COVID-19 pandemic, and other problems. He is a calm and deliberate person and he works through every problem to get the job done. He is a consummate professional, and his workers and sub-contractors are like a well-coached football team, and they rise to the occasion. I would give them 10 Stars if that was possible. I could not have been more happy with them every step of the way from the beginning of the project through to its conclusion! I highly recommend Tom Madsen LLC to everyone who needs remodeling or construction work done!
