We hired Tom with TOM MADSEN LLC. to redo our back french doors and our front bay window. The guy who came out to do the estimate was very honest and upfront about what the process would be. He quoted a price for all of the work that would have to happen and explained how and why it would happen, right down to replacing things such as trim. We did get other estimates just to be fair with the whole process. None of the other estimates included all the work that had to be done with this project.

The french door and insulated bay window turned out beautiful. The installation crew did an amazing job! My bay window is now insulated and no longer has any drafts. Tim who noticed that one of the locks on a panel was not connecting correctly was so quick about getting that fixed, he was back the very next morning to make it right. This problem was not a result of installation but with the manufacturer of the window itself. I just thought it was great customer service that this small thing was noticed and corrected without my mentioning it.

I cannot tell you enough how honest and awesome these people were in my home. They were even gracious with my dog. Very respectful, very honest and really hard working. If you want honest, trustworthy people who are dependable and affordable I would recommend TOM MADSEN LLC. without hesitation.

I would like to add that Tom Madsen married my husband and I so we have a connection with him. That did not deter my quote decision for this project nor my review. They were truly the best choice for this project and we plan more projects in the future and they will certainly be on the list of contacts for those projects.
