We had them replace our original sunroom, we had to replace it because of a fire. My problem with them, which is why I gave the low marks, is that we have them money to order the product, and it didn't get ordered for almost 2 months. It really slowed down everything, and we got pretty frustrated, which Doug knew about. The work was really nice though, and we are happy with the sunroom. We originally hoped for a complete replacement of the other room we had, but it was no longer available. We are happy with the one we ended up getting, and Kevin was a pleasure to work with.
