I had a good experience with NDI Plumbing. Crystal Vantine was very friendly, very efficient, and set the appointment at a time that worked for me. The plumber came out in a timely manner and resolved the issue I was having. The service was performed outside, so I never had to directly interact with the plumber. Since I never saw him, I wasn't able to apply a coupon I had for the service. Crystal cleared that matter, and adjusted the final price, so everything turned out fine. I would recommend their service.
