I took my rug to Pettyjohn's to be cleaned. I bought this rug in Jordan pre-9/11, and I wasn't going to trust it to just any cleaner. after I got the rug back, it was just like new--with the color restored to its vibrant greens and browns. Apparently letting my son sit on the rug to take off his sand- filled shoes had not been a good idea. But Pettyjohn's took care of it with great customer service. I can't recommend them enough.
