Pettyjohn's Rug Care are always here when they say they will be. They always do a great job, too. I feel I can trust the people they hire, and I absolutely know I can trust the Pettyjonhs.

They always call back after the service to make sure it was done okay. When there have been times that something like moving my furniture wasn't actually discussed, they were willing to do it anyway. They constantly go above and beyond what's expected. They are very professional, and they clearly know what they're doing. Although the price is higher than anyone else, I know for sure that I won't get that level of service with any other company.

In fact, the Pettyjohns have been cleaning my SAME carpet for 27 years. I've had kids and animals on it, and people can't believe it's the same one!
