The carpets look beautiful and the experience was very pleasant throughout. Whether by phone or in person, the people were cheerful, helpful, professional and efficient. They scheduled both the pickup and return, called to confirm both, were prompt both times, called after they had received them to go over options, called with finished and before returning, and called afterward I had received them to ensure satisfaction.
