Pettyjohn's Rug Care is great. I had bought rugs years ago in Europe and I was nervous to have someone clean them, but I brought them to Pettyjohn's because I had heard good things about them. I gave them 3 rugs, two of which were cleaned perfectly and one of which was damaged in the cleaning process. The fringe had been damaged and part of the rug unraveled but Pettyjohn's insisted on fixing it.

They fixed the fringe and it looks just great, phenomenal. It took about a month but they were willing to do anything to get it right. I met some nice people there too!
