I have three wool, off-white area rugs in my house. We had a bit of a leak from our ceiling and it was rust colored. The Area Rug Cleaning Company was honest with me when I called. They said that they weren't sure they were going to be able to get the stains out but I told them to just do their best. They did a really nice job. It's not perfect but it was a severe stain and they did a more than adequate job under the circumstances. They came and picked up the three rugs and dropped them off in a timely manner. I was surprised at how quickly they worked--I got my rugs back in a few days.
