We bought a radio from Dave Lane's, and it didn't work well in the location we were using it at our house. Dave Lane happened to be passing by when I was conversing with the salesman, he stopped in and said he would trade it out for a better one. He just voluntarily upgraded us and took care of the problem right on the spot. The repair counter person is absolutely outstanding in helping us with problems with our previous radio, and helping us install things and understand how they work. When we buy something we need someone who explains things well, and is patient and he does that well.
