I enjoyed working with everybody at Charles Window & Door Company. I liked the person who called me over the course of a 2 year period to see if I want to do the job. She was always polite, yet tenacious. The team that came to do the final measurements was just great.

Also, the team that came to do the final work was amazing. They were thorough, easy to work with and cleaned up after themselves. I was concerned at the end of the job when I noticed something was curling up on one of the windows. They took the step to hook me up with the manufacturer and even got them to come out to our house and fix the thing I was concerned about. They were really terrific.
