The customer service representative that I dealt with was very helpful. On the day of the move, the men were on time and very friendly. They asked questions about furniture and were careful with everything. They had the truck loaded quickly. When it came time to unload the truck they were quick and efficient. They loaded everything into my storage unit neatly. They took time to explain the charges on my invoice. They were friendly to me and my children (ages 7 and 5) who enjoyed watching the movers. :) Thank you for a great move.
