Starving Students did two separate moves for myself and my girlfriend as we consolidated our two separate homes into one. In both cases, the service was fantastic - including the customer service over the phone before each move occurred, the follow-up customer service call to ensure everything went well after each of the moves were completed, and (most importantly) the actual moves themselves. In both cases, the movers were on time (in fact a little early), handled all of our belongings carefully and quickly, were engaging conversationally while remaining actively working on the move, responsive to requests for where things needed to be put in the new home (even helping me move a few heavier pieces of furniture that had been brought over and situated during the first move from one area of the house to the other during the second move...kind of a "re-move" bonus), and were outstanding from start to finish. If and when we need to move again there is no doubt that we will be using Starving Students again based on our two separate but related experiences with their service.
