I don't even know where to begin!...
It's been 2 weeks since we had a Surprise Graduation Party for our son at Jacques...and we are still on a cloud!
I would like to thank Steve an Aimee for helping make our party everything I wanted it to be an MORE! (I didn't think more was even possible lol)
I am an EXTREMELY particular person and I like EVERYTHING to be perfect! That is exactly what my party was, thanks to Steve and Aimee who are so easy to work with. They are both very professional, courteous and patient. The Maitre D' (Spiro) and the staff were excellent as well. Being it was a Surprise Party, I missed most of the Cocktail Hour BUT Spiro even brought food over to me after I greeted my guests, to make sure I ate something. I was very impressed! He too was very professional and courteous.
The food was outstanding, the room was beautiful and every guest (all 130 of them) complimented me, either that night (or sent text messages or called me the following day) to say...."what a beautiful party"; "how delicious the food was"; "how beautiful the room was" and "how friendly the staff was". Three (3) guests have already booked their upcoming parties at Jacques. And another guest told me "they usually hold their parties at another catering hall but the food and service were so good, he will be booking his future parties at Jacques from now on. What a compliment!
So, needless to say, my son was extremely happy, my guests were extremely happy and my husband and I are ecstatic!
I could not have asked for anything more and cannot wait to have our next party at Jacques. They definitely made it a huge success!
