I think they're fantastic. I scheduled Biggs Automotive for an oil change, and the car went right in. They said it would be ready in an hour, and I appreciate that they got it done on time.

They have done some more major work for me too. They had given me a quote for the work, and when I went in, the price was higher than they said it would be. They said, hey, our mistake, and changed it so that they did the work for the quoted price.

They're very nice people, and they're especially knowledgeable about Land Rovers, so I was impressed.
