EBA Printing is a very good company. I was working on the first volume of a memoir that I'm writing of my professional and personal life. I was planning to find somebody to print this. I found EBA on the internet and I contacted them. Glen answered my email on the same day. They had a calculation the next day of the budget.

I went to Milwaukee to do some touring and so forth. I called Glen and he was available. We chatted, I gave him an advance, and he gave me a tour of the company. They're medium-sized. My business was not a big project, just a couple of thousand dollars, but they gave me the VIP treatment. I was very impressed with everything. All the dates they told me and the whole plan worked out very well. They were very compliant, high-quality, and nice. I was really impressed.

I have no relationship with any of them, but to me they are excellent. As far as customer service here or elsewhere, nobody has beaten them. They were right there on the mark doing whatever they promised to do. If this was for me with only a small project, how can they be with a big project? They greeted me like I was an important guy, and they took the time to take care of me, show me around, and discuss my project. It was beyond expectations.
