There's one main issue I've had with stereo shops in the past. The people working there that are supposed to be helping my decide what I should get end up treating me like my business means nothing to them. That is not the case at Audio House. Jag, the owner/operator, is super helpful, patient, and actually cares whether you are happy with your shopping experience long after you've already left the shop.
