Shaun and coworker came to our home. Neither man told his name. Unprofessional! I know one was Shaun from the sticker he placed on the garage door. Shaun after looking for a couple minutes,said I know the problem,it's your sensors. They spent about 5-10 minutes tops,placing the new sensors. Charge was $375. Exorbitant! No explanation that one was for receiving and one was for sending signals. Two days later our door was malfunctioning again. The other guy,still no name given,said the sun coming in facing the door could cause it to malfunction. Problem solved for an hour. I would NOT recommend Discount garage doors!!!
