My husband and I were fully prepared to purchase a new garage door and opener. We spoke with Bill in sales and he gave us a thorough quote over the phone and came out the same day to measure and give us additional information. When Bill arrived he inspected our garage door and said, "there's nothing wrong with this garage door, we can put in new springs and everything else you need and save you the expense of a new one". He gave us a detailed line item quote prior to leaving, had his office call right back to schedule the service next day and followed up to make sure it was scheduled. Marco arrived on time the next day and was a pure joy to speak with, he was courteous, went above and beyond, installed all the equipment we needed, thoroughly explained how to operate the new opener, asked if I had any questions at all and cleaned up thoroughly and took away our old equipment. To say we are pleased with this company is an understatement! Bill could have sold us a new garage door but he was honest and saved us a ton of money.
