We purchased a new home in January 2016 and our first week in the house BOTH tracks pull out of the wall. The builder was did nothing so I contact Discount Garage Door Tulsa and they had someone at our home in less than 2 hours. The guys were shocked at the shoddy installation and spent nearly 2 hours correcting EVERYTHING! They are awesome and I didn't hesitate to use them last week when my daughter's opener died! I've owned 17 homes and from their office to the installers they are awesome!
