Was not happy that there was a price for every little thing I needed done. The serviceman kept trying to get me to pay for more than I was willing to pay. The price to get out a red stain was outregeous. I had to leave the main stains I wanted out which was why I was having the carpet cleaned. It would have been better if he told me these added prices over the phone before I scheduled. Give one price for everything I need before scheduling.
