Have been receiving Evergreen coupons in the group coupon packets for years. I called several of the carpet entities (in no order)and the first two acted like they could care less. The "Oxy" girl actually hung up on me because I had to keep asking her to repeat things. Long story short, Paul and Tyler with Evergreen provided amazing service with a professional, friendly approach. And when Ron followed up the next day I had mentioned a couple of streaks that appeared after drying (no fault of theirs). They sent Bob out for a couple of touch-ups. I wasn't expecting the 2nd visit at all. Nice! We have a 1/2 acre organic gardening operation, so all of that is tracked into the house (White Berber of all things). These guys did a stellar job for what they were working with... period. Well done.
