Bad service, bad products, bad install, bad owner, bad salesman, bad attitude. Horrible system , Thank you Best buy for fixing there crappie service and products for FREE....while I waited.. Springfield Best buy can say enough good , I'll never go to Sound of tri state or any one I know will go there again. Go to sound of tri-state in Delaware by con ord mall at ur own risk, u have been warned.
