The sound system I purchased and had installed by sound of tri-state almost lasted two years. I was told, when I returned with a system that malfunctioned, sometimes we get bad units.

I had to pay an additional $700.00 because "sometimes we get bad units." I guess I forgot to ask them not to install a bad unit in my car.

No discussion, no apology, just "$700 for a new one". They did it quick enough, but I have a very bad taste in my mouth that what they sold me stopped working in less than two years.
