I was very satisfied that I retained Hackett and Harris for professional services. I was shopping for legal aid and I was very nervous when I made an appt and went in for a consultation. I was made to feel very comfortable and the information I received on the first day helped me make a decision to utilize their service. All in all it was a good experience....one I didn't want to go through but when it was over I felt relieved.
Also, the receptionist who I dealt with WITH questions I would have intermittently was just awesome. I commended her to my attorney.
