American Air Heating and Cooling Inc. did what they said they were going to do, and did it at the time they said they would. They were really good about not tracking on our floors. They did a complete re-install for me. They installed an entire May Tag AC and Heating system. It's been about 3 weeks and so far, so good. They were right on their quote and there were no unexpected add-ons or surprises. I think the product and service warranties should keep me a very happy customer for many years to come.
