We had used American Air Heating and Cooling Inc. before and were very pleased with them that time. So, that's why we called them again this time. Except for one thing that hasn't been done yet, we have been very, very pleased with them.

Apparently, the circuit board was faulty, so they've ordered a replacement. They worked really hard to fix our AC. They were able to bypass the faulty circuit board so that we could have cool air this week. What a relief! They told us they'd be back sometime this week to do the replacement job. Hopefully they'll call us, but if I don't hear from them soon, I'll call them. But, so far, we'd definitely recommend them.
