I purchased this unit and had it installed from Reliable Heating and Air Conditioning in Chattanooga, TN. The installer is certified by Maytag as the installer for the area. It has been 15 months since the install. The HVAC Company has been out 9 times to fix the system and have gone as far as to replace the outside unit. At this moment I have no heat unless I run on Auxiliary. My power bill (I have copies of the last 24 months of bills) has not changed since installation. I am asking one last time for help from you here. If I cannot get the unit fixed, I am taking legal action against both you for certifying the installer and the installer for the shoddy workmanship. I ask that you contact me ASAP with a resolution.
