It wasn't our first time using Reliable Heating & Air Conditioning, we've used them for a couple of years for maintenance. They showed up when they said they would to install the new units for us. Everything with them was very good.

I think what separated them from any other company you might work with in this company is they are as responsive as you'd like them to be. They didn't show up late, or take longer and run over on the job. They sent their crew out and they arrived on time, got right to work and completed the job within the time frame they'd given.

Also, they were very good communicators. They explained what needed to be done, what they would do and what the charges would be. And, another good thing was they didn't require the full payment until after the work was totally completed to our satisfaction, which really showed good faith on their part. We will definitely continue to use them for future service.
