Quality Heating And Cooling has been excellent. When my unit first broke, I was very frustrated and didn't know who to call. I found Quality in the phone book, and gave them a call.

The first man who came out really was great. He took the time to show me what it would take to get the unit up and running again. He informed me what type of unit would be best if I decided to purchase a new one. He was excellent at his job and I felt comfortable about buying a new unit.

When the second man came out to do the install, he was also really, really good. He took out the old unit and showed me how it compared to the new unit. He showed me the part that was broken, and how my new unit would work. It was great.

They really took their time explaining the products and the process of installation to me, and I was very impressed and appreciative of their patience, honesty and knowledge.
