I felt like I wasn't ready to buy both a heating and a cooling unit, so I felt a little pressured by Banks Quarles to buy them at first. I was hesitant to install them right away. I waited until I absolutely needed them installed because I had already put a down payment on them. Then when they were here, I told them they were supposed to install a programmable thermostat. They haven't had a chance to put that in yet, hopefully soon. I hope the units work like their supposed to, I'm crossing my fingers because I don't want to jump to any conclusions yet.

I think the little things mean a lot, like if they'd gone ahead and just did a courtesy check on the downstairs unit since they were here working on the upstairs unit, because the units are located side-by-side and the downstairs unit is not pushing out as much air as it used to, and we could have solved that when they were here working on the other unit. That's the only advice I would give them.
