We ordered our steel roll up doors about 6 months ago & I'm just now calm enough to write my review. When we placed our order in May 2013 the customer service we received showed ample product knowledge & efficiency. The trouble began once the doors were shipped...or so we thought. Everyone we spoke to from customer service reps. to shift supervisor to third party shipping carriers had no idea were the order was. It felt like an Abbott & Costello scene from "Who's on First?" When the doors finally arrived 45 days later, the "crates" the company stated they were shipped in were made of cardboard...no wood to be found. Consequently, both doors sustained damage and were refused. It wasn't until I requested an immediate full refund that I received a call from the owner. She requested photos of the shipment, which I happily provided and my explanation of what happened. There is undoubtably a severe lack of communication internally and with the third party carriers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.
