I purchased a 12X12 with chain operator and I installed it myself, yes all by myself, without the use of any machinery I would like to add, all though I don't recommend it. The only negative thing I've noticied is when rolling up where the seams are that join sections of the door you can feel tight spots but it's no big deal.
