Pro AV Home Theater worked through a difficult problem! Pro AV came out and replaced the old remote. When they got here, the procedure turned out into four hours. They had to deal with far more than anticipated, and something was radically wrong with the remote. They stayed and toughed it out! The remote is working fine now!
