Recently, my wife and I used Grapids Heating & Cooling because we needed our furnace and air conditioner replaced. The salesman who worked with us gave us a really reasonable price that was right within our price range. When it was time for installation, they came right on time to do the work. I thought the installers were very friendly and helpful! They were really informative and kept us in the loop about everything they were doing throughout the process. I really appreciated how customer oriented they were! We did have one problem where something was accidently put on and the heat kept running, but once we let them know, they came immediately to fix it. Overall, very knowledgeable and helpful. 5 stars all around!
