My first time using Grapids Heating & Cooling was a good experience. I found them in an online web search. I needed them to come out and look at my furnace and water heater and to have the technician sign a statement of working condition for both of those for my insurance company. The guy they sent out was polite, courteous, and very professional. Their prices were cheaper than other companies around. I would call them again and will also recommend them to other people.
