Naperville Limousine is very responsive. I would say for the most part, 95 of the time they are on-time picking me up from the airport or my home so I always make my flight.

Situtations where they have made a mistake, such as running late or a car breaking down, they haven't charged me for it and they provided really good service on communicating with me in advance.

A week ago, my flight got cancelled and they got ahold of me before I go ahold of them to see if I was going to be coming in on a different flight. They are there to make sure you are safe and get to where you need to be and are very attentive (as they checked my flight status before I did!)

I get an email confirmation for my orders and an easy prepay system that can include a tip-streamlining the process.

Their overall service is great, limos are clean, and drivers are courteous.
