They're very knowledgeable and very helpful. They get you prepared nicely for any upcoming situation. They cover all the bases. Scott, who we were working with, was really nice. The fact that he was able to spend almost two hours on the phone with me for the initial consultation was amazing. He went over all sorts of details and scenarios with me.
