I've been going to Federal Way for a number of years. I had not had any bad experiences until the last time I was there. The mechanic left the oil cap off my oil container. I had to drive 100 miles and while I was on the road, my engine started smoking and there was oil all over the place. They could have ruined my engine.

I understand that things happen, but Ron did not do one thing to apologize. I called him on it and he responded saying that the mechanic did not make that mistake intentionally and if the engine had been ruined, they would have replaced it. The mechanic, Matt, did apologize, he said he was very sorry it happened. The only thing that irritated me was that Ron showed no remorse. I was not pleased with this experience.
