I don't deal with shops very much because I don't like them. I've seen a lot of shops where they just try to take you for all they can get. I've visited a few of these and I wouldn't go back. That is not true for Federal Way Automotive. I only know of them because my mother-in-law's boyfriend started bringing their car there. I liked the way they dealt with everything. They were upfront with me. I trust my vehicles with them and I really don't like shops. For me to trust my vehicles with them says a lot. I'm happy with their prices, I feel that they are fair.
