I've never had a problem with Federal Way Automotive & Radiator. They treat women with respect, and never take advantage of them. That's one thing that is great and I love about them. Every time I've had my car in they take the time to explain what's wrong, and what needs to be fixed. They try to listen to you about what the problem is. They really do stand by their warranty, too. I've never had a problem with that. It's a great place to get the same mechanic working on your car from day one. They know your car, and they will learn your name and get to know you as well. I'm very particular about my cars and they do a great job!
