I've been going to Federal Way Automotive & Radiator for five to six years. They have always provided good service and done a great job on repairs. The first time I used them, my radiator was leaking and I took it to them. I was very satisfied with that experience and I later returned to buy a new radiator for a Mercedes I owned. Most recently, my daughter's car was not starting. They were supposed to come to my home and tow the car to their shop, but they were able to start it and they drove the car to their shop themselves, at no charge.

They are just honest, hardworking people. When I have my car in there, they call me and let me know what's wrong, how much it will cost to fix, and if I authorize it, they proceed with the repair. I like them a lot and the service they have provided is what keeps me going back.
