I have been so put off by repair shops that do shoddy work, are poorly managed and are dishonest. I just had my first and I know it will not be my last experience with Federal Way Automotive & Radiator.I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and speed that my car was repaired.I could not be more pleased.
